They met sometime during 7th or 8th grade at Ken Caryl Middle School. They immediately hit it off, giving most the impression that they'd been long-time friends. Harris had spent the better part of his childhood moving around the states, his father being in the military, so when he and his family settled in Littleton, Colarado it was nice to find a friend like Dylan. They understood each other.
